An independent, family-owned enterprise, CES is committed to maintaining reliable and sustainable relations with its business partners. This requires lasting financial independence. To maintain this independence as a supplier of innovative developments in the long run, we endeavour to achieve a return on sales of 10% with continuous growth. CES acknowledges its responsibility to the owner family, the employees at all locations, the social environment and the region of Velbert/Niederberg in Germany. Compliance with legal obligations and official requirements is a matter of course in our daily dealings.

Financial investments are made with a focus on risk minimization and conservation of the value of the invested funds.


The cost-efficient and faultless manufacturing of our products with shortest delivery periods and a high level of flexibility is one element of the success of CES. With continuous improvements of the processes and resources, we create unique selling propositions and steadily increase our efficiency, thus securing production in Germany.

Making an efficient and sustainable use of resources and continuously increasing their efficiency at our company are important leadership responsibilities for us.
