Team culture and future prospectsHigh marks for training

CES has once again been awarded the ‘Excellent Training Organisation’ seal of approval. The award was based, amongst other things, on an anonymous survey of apprentices and dual-study students. The assessment was carried out on a scale of 0 to 100 points. Across all categories, CES achieved 80.8 points, representing a good overall result.

The area of ‘identification with the training company’ was rated particularly highly. Here, CES scored 89.4 points. The apprentices are happy to be undertaking their training at CES, would recommend the company to others and hope to be able to remain with the company after completing their training.

The corporate culture was also rated positively. As a family-run business, CES attaches great importance to treating one another with respect and appreciation. The apprentices feel they are treated with respect and particularly appreciate that experienced staff pass on their knowledge to them.

On average, CES trains between 25 and 30 young people at any one time – in traditional apprenticeship programmes and dual study programmes, in both technical and commercial fields. CES thus offers a wide range of entry-level opportunities for young people who wish to start their professional careers in a company that combines a rich tradition with modernity.
