Customisation using the CES Modular System

Fits every door thickness perfectly
The CES Modular System allows lock cylinders to be flexibly and efficiently adapted to the thickness of the door in question.
Half, double and knob cylinders can be configured directly on site – without the need for time-consuming reworking or long waiting times.
A particular advantage is that the lock halves of the modular system are available in all available special colours. This allows functionality, design and flexibility to be optimally combined.
The result is precisely tailored locking solutions that meet the highest standards, both technically and aesthetically – ideal for new builds, renovations and bespoke applications.

Sustainability in cylinder dyeing
Sustainability is a top priority at CES.
In our electroplating facility, wastewater is treated in several stages – until it is almost of drinking-water quality.
In this way, we combine high-quality cylinder colouring with the responsible use of resources.
Surface finishingProtection and design for cylinders

In its surface treatment department, CES finishes brass and steel components for cylinder locks. The aim is to produce durable, functional and visually high-quality finishes.

Mechanical pre-treatmentThe foundation for good results

Before coating, the components are sanded, polished, blasted or brushed. This creates a uniform surface, ensuring high-quality coating results.

Electroplating processesDurable and high-quality

Polished nickel, matt nickel and trivalent chromium provide decorative, technical and corrosion-resistant finishes. Both small and mass-produced parts are also finished using barrel plating.

Special colours and finishesFor individual requirements

Special design requests can be realised using manual electroplating, special colours and metallic finishes. These include dark bronze, midnight black, black, white, brown, bronze, light bronze and silver.
