Access to sensitive environments

AccessOne for KRITIS

More than just opening and closing doors
In critical infrastructure, it is not enough simply to open or close doors. Access to sensitive areas must be managed in a controlled manner, authorisations must be granted in a traceable way, and security-related processes must be documented in full. AccessOne supports operators in implementing the access control requirements of critical infrastructure and in mapping all security-related processes in a centralised, transparent and traceable manner.

Functions for critical requirements

AccessOne supports operators of critical infrastructure with features specifically designed to address access control, traceability and operational security.
Visualisation of building security

By connecting to a building management system, it is possible to monitor current access procedures, door statuses and situations. In the event of an evacuation during an emergency, the control room can see at a glance whether there are still people in the building.

Structured access controlRole-based permissions and security levels
AccessOne supports a role-based authorisation model with security levels, time profiles and clearly definable permissions. Access rights can be structured and granted in a controlled manner, differentiated according to area of responsibility, department and security level.
Operational traceabilityComprehensive logging
Accesses, status changes and user activities are systematically logged and made available for analysis. The analysis is carried out in accordance with data protection regulations, following the dual-control principle, and supports internal controls, audits and the traceable investigation of security-related incidents.
React quickly and in a controlled mannerCentralised blocking and changes to permissions
Access rights can be adjusted centrally and access media can be deactivated at any time. Blocking of online access takes effect immediately; for offline areas, the blocking information is distributed gradually via the access media currently in circulation. This enables security incidents to be contained quickly and potential risks to be effectively reduced.
Continued operation even in the event of a faultHigh operational availability
Door controllers store relevant data locally and enable continued operation even in the event of network or power failures, supported by UPS solutions. The platform can optionally be expanded to include server redundancy in order to quickly restore central services.
A multi-layered security approachOnline and offline on a single platform
Security-critical access points can be controlled and monitored online, whilst less critical doors are integrated via offline devices. This creates a tiered security concept that strikes a sensible balance between security requirements and the effort involved.
Part of a security architectureInterfaces with neighbouring systems
AccessOne is designed with integration in mind. This includes interfaces with third-party systems as well as connections to directory services, alarm and video technology, control centres and other operational systems.

Products for critical infrastructure

AccessOne does not implement security-related requirements in an abstract manner, but rather through clearly defined system and hardware modules. The following components form the technical basis for sophisticated, traceable access control concepts.

TSG Door Control Units

Online control system for security-critical doors with real-time functions, logging and centralised management.

Online updater

Supports updates, maintenance and configuration processes whilst the system is running – in a centralised and structured manner.

Electronic fittings

Offline fittings for indoor and ancillary areas, featuring clear access logic and cost-effective implementation.

Electronic cylinders

Ideal for retrofitting and existing systems: offline cylinders with structured authorisation and easy integration.

Offline wall-mounted terminals

Offline terminals for areas without a permanent internet connection – robust, flexible and system-integrated.

Mechanics meets access control

Mechanics and electronics combined

The CES transponder clip
The transponder clip allows CES’s mechanical profile systems to be easily combined with CES’s electronic locking systems and the AccessOne access control system. This creates flexible hybrid solutions that combine mechanical security with electronic organisation. Existing locking systems can be expanded in stages and adapted to new requirements without any disruption to the system and with maximum planning reliability.

The system supports operators in complying with regulatory requirements such as KRITIS or NIS2 – through clear access rights policies, logging and a high level of operational security.

Would you like to find out more about AccessOne?

AccessOne combines online access control with mechatronic offline locking devices. Access authorisations are verified at updaters and transferred to ID cards on a daily basis. The software supports operational processes, integrates third-party systems and can be flexibly tailored to your requirements.
