Centralised access control for businesses

In larger organisations, access control involves more than just individual doors. Multiple sites, buildings, sensitive areas, car parks and different user groups need to be organised in a consistent manner.
AccessOne supports precisely this: a platform that centrally manages access, vehicle access and authorisations, and scales with your organisation. Staff, visitors and external contractors can be integrated in a structured manner; access rights are traceable and processes are clearly defined. Online security at critical points is sensibly combined with cost-effective offline access for many doors.
Multiple sites on a single platform

Locations, buildings, floors, rooms and doors can be managed in a structured manner within a single system. This is particularly relevant for companies that need to keep track not just of a single entrance, but of entire site structures

Online and offline in a single system

Security-critical access points can be controlled online, whilst many other doors can be integrated cost-effectively using offline components. This allows security to be implemented in a tailored manner without the need for unnecessary modifications to each individual door.

Centralised rights management with authorisation profiles

Access rights can be managed via profiles, groups, time models and validity periods. This means that new employees or user groups do not have to be set up on a case-by-case basis, but can be granted access rights in a structured and centralised manner.

User import and integration with Active Directory / identity provider

Users can be imported automatically via CSV or via Active Directory or LDAP. Group memberships can be used for the automatic assignment of authorisation profiles. This reduces the maintenance workload, particularly in larger organisations.

Visitor and External Contractor Management

Visitors can be registered in advance and granted time-limited access rights. External contractors and service providers can be managed using access authorisations, induction training and traceable status information. This is particularly well suited to companies with a high volume of maintenance, technical work or external assignments.

Access and car park management

Not only doors, but also car parks and access roads can be monitored. Functions such as car park management, number plate recognition and UHF long-range readers are available for this purpose. This is particularly relevant for factory premises, corporate campuses and larger administrative sites.

Availability and reliable operation

The system is designed for large-scale structures and continuous operation. Local controller intelligence, event logging, rapid rights updates and optional server redundancy ensure high availability in day-to-day operations.

Traceability and analysability

Accesses, status changes and user activities are logged and can be analysed. Reporting functions and structured data maintenance are also available. This helps organisations maintain control and transparency in their operations.

AccessOne can be flexibly tailored to the requirements of your project using a range of product components. Depending on the security level, intended use and budget, online and offline components can be combined. This results in a cost-effective yet robust access solution for complex building and organisational structures.

Mechanics meets access control

Mechanics and electronics combined

The CES transponder clip
The transponder clip allows CES’s mechanical profile systems to be easily combined with CES’s electronic locking systems and the AccessOne access control system. This creates flexible hybrid solutions that combine mechanical security with electronic organisation. Existing locking systems can be expanded in stages and adapted to new requirements without any disruption to the system and with maximum planning reliability.
Would you like to find out more about AccessOne?

AccessOne combines online access control with mechatronic offline locking devices. Access authorisations are verified at updaters and transferred to ID cards on a daily basis. The software supports operational processes, integrates third-party systems and can be flexibly tailored to your requirements.
