Managing complex structures securely

Access control for public buildings

Public institutions face a wide variety of requirements: public access, internal work areas, high-security zones, changing user groups, and multiple buildings or sites. AccessOne helps to organise these areas within a single access control structure and to combine security requirements with practical processes. Buildings, areas, individuals and authorisations can be managed centrally, whilst security-critical access points are secured online in a targeted manner and other doors are integrated offline. This creates a comprehensive access concept that is transparent, flexibly expandable and designed for reliable operation.
Structure for complex access requirements

AccessOne for public sector organisations

Online and offline in a single system

Critical access points can be controlled and monitored online. Many other doors can be integrated using offline components. This means that, depending on the area, decisions can be made as to where real-time functions are required and where a more streamlined solution is sufficient.

Centralised rights management with authorisation profiles

Permissions can be organised using permission profiles, groups, time models and security levels. This allows users to be granted the appropriate access rights quickly and in a structured manner, without having to authorise each door individually.

Visitor and External Contractor Management

Visitors can be registered in advance and granted time-limited access rights. External service providers can be managed through authorisations, induction training and documented status information. This is particularly useful in buildings that regularly receive visitors and service providers.

Mapping multiple buildings and organisational units

Buildings, areas and individuals can be managed in a structured manner. In addition, organisational units can be managed separately without losing sight of shared access points. This is particularly beneficial for larger organisational structures, multiple sites or dispersed properties.

Workflow and browser-based approvals

Certain approval processes or authorisation procedures can be implemented using workflow functions and web interfaces. This allows responsibilities to be clearly allocated without every task having to be processed directly within the main software.

Control room and operational overview

A control centre allows doors, statuses and safety-related events to be displayed and monitored. This is particularly useful where there is a need to keep a central overview of multiple access points, buildings or situations.

Reliable operation and flexible expansion

The system is designed for continuous operation and expanding structures. Local controller intelligence, event logging and optional redundancy help to ensure availability and stability, even in larger facilities.

Traceability and rapid response

Access events, status changes and user activities are logged in accordance with data protection regulations and documented in a traceable manner. Changes to access rights can be implemented centrally, and blocked access media can be quickly removed from the system. This promotes transparency and controlled processes in day-to-day operations.

Importing contacts and integration with existing systems

Users can be imported automatically and, where required, linked to authorisation profiles. Furthermore, the system is designed to interface with other applications, which facilitates its integration into existing administrative and organisational processes.

Products for public sector organisations

AccessOne can be flexibly tailored to the requirements of public sector organisations using a range of product components. Online and offline components can be combined depending on the security level, intended use and budget. This results in a cost-effective yet robust access solution for complex building and organisational structures.

Mechanics meets access control

Mechanics and electronics combined

The CES transponder clip
The transponder clip allows CES’s mechanical profile systems to be easily combined with CES’s electronic locking systems and the AccessOne access control system. This creates flexible hybrid solutions that combine mechanical security with electronic organisation. Existing locking systems can be expanded in stages and adapted to new requirements without any disruption to the system and with maximum planning reliability.
Would you like to find out more about AccessOne?

AccessOne combines online access control with mechatronic offline locking devices. Access authorisations are verified at updaters and transferred to ID cards on a daily basis. The software supports operational processes, integrates third-party systems and can be flexibly tailored to your requirements.
