CES has been awarded ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certification
Information security as a management task and as the basis for modern security solutionsCES is certified by TÜV SÜD in accordance with the international standard ISO/IEC 27001. The certification has been valid since 16 December 2025 and covers the planning, development, provision and servicing of mechatronic systems for security and access control technology, including customised software as well as infrastructure and hosting services.
In the security industry, trust is the key currency. Customers and partners expect not only reliable and high-performance products, but also the responsible handling of sensitive information: from development data and system configurations right through to operational and customer data. Information security is therefore not merely an organisational discipline, but an essential component of the product quality of modern security and access control systems.
Against this backdrop, CES has made a conscious decision to implement an information security management system certified to ISO/IEC 27001. This internationally recognised standard helps organisations to establish a structured management framework within which information security is systematically managed, risks are assessed in a structured manner, and appropriate protective measures are permanently and continuously integrated into processes and responsibilities.
The successful certification confirms that information security at CES is firmly embedded both across the organisation and within product-related processes. Secure development processes, the protected operation of IT and hosting infrastructures, and clearly defined organisational procedures help ensure that CES’s security solutions meet the increasing demands for availability, integrity and confidentiality.
For customers, this creates measurable added value: ISO/IEC 27001 certification provides verifiable evidence that information security is not viewed as an isolated measure, but as a strategic management task that contributes directly to the reliability and future viability of the security and access control technology deployed. Compliance with the standards is regularly verified through independent audits.
With this successful certification, CES is sending a clear signal in favour of holistic security strategies and underlining its commitment to providing customers with reliable, tested and future-proof solutions in the field of security and access control technology over the long term.
