Easily manage access digitally

CESentry is a cloud-based, electronic locking system. It connects doors, users and access rights within a centralised system – easy to plan, quick to install and flexible to expand. For specialist partners, this opens up new opportunities in both project work and day-to-day operations: management via web client and apps, access via smartphone or RFID medium, wireless hardware at the door, offline operation and online expansion via gateways and licence models. Features of CESentry

Just get started

CESentry combines easy commissioning, flexible use and scalable hardware in a cloud-based access control system. An overview of the key features.

No IT knowledge required

Start without a server

The access control system is managed via a cloud-based app or web client. The app and web client are designed to allow anyone to manage authorisations and access quickly and easily.

Ready for use in no time

Use as prepared

CESentry is cloud-based and does not require any local installation. Locks and access media are available directly in the customer’s backend immediately after the production process and are ready for use straight away.

Scalable from small to large

CESentry is suitable for a small number of doors as well as for large-scale systems with many users and locations. Short response and delivery times ensure a high degree of project flexibility.

For a wide range of requirementsA wide range of hardware solutions

Cylinders, fittings and wall-mounted terminals are suitable for a range of door types and applications. CESentry offers the right hardware for a wide variety of requirements.

Background updates

Less effort

Every time a door is opened via a smartphone, the locking devices are automatically updated in the background. This ensures that the locking system is always up to date, without the need for any additional servicing.

IndependenceSystem-independent locking devicesFor flexibility

CESentry locking devices are not tied to a specific system. Individual components can be quickly replaced or added to. This makes it possible to build up your own stock.

Restrictions following licence expiry

None, as the term is unlimited

Once the licence has expired, the system can only be viewed. Access authorisations remain active; if a key is lost, authorisations can still be blocked.

CESentry GatewayHigh resilience through multiple redundancy

The CESentry Gateway ensures that your locking devices are always online and up to date, without the need for any manual intervention. Each device connects automatically to an available gateway.
New locking devices recognise the gateway automatically. If one gateway fails, another gateway within range automatically takes over. This ensures your network remains stable and reliable at all times.

Gateways can be used as repeaters to extend the network’s range.

Roles and rights within the system

System Administration

System administration describes how access rights, users and devices are organised centrally in the web client or the Admin App. Clearly defined roles ensure that each person can use only the functions relevant to their role.

Owner

The owner has overall responsibility for the system. They assign roles and permissions, can add or remove administrators, and have access to all the system’s functions and settings.

Admin

Administrators create users and access media, assign access rights and time profiles, and manage doors, devices and groups. They also have an overview of the system status and relevant events.

User

Users make use of the access rights assigned to them in their day-to-day work. They open doors using a smartphone or an RFID tag and do not have access to administrative functions or system settings.

Surfaces

Colours for hardware

Our electronic locking solutions are available in two high-quality colour options: silver and black. This means they blend harmoniously into a variety of design schemes – whether understated, modern or deliberately contrasting.

Stainless steel

The silver finish has a high-quality, understated and timeless look. Ideal for settings where technology needs to blend harmoniously into light, modern designs.

Black

The black version adds a clean, modern touch. It is particularly well suited to design-oriented applications where technology is deliberately showcased to create a striking contrast.
