DW reversible key system for residential construction

DW can be optionally upgraded to include emergency and hazard functions, as well as a free-spindle function (FZG). Thanks to its modular design, various protection classes against drilling, pulling and striking, and a range of cylinder colours, the solution can be tailored precisely to project requirements. Dust protection caps and fold-over latches, such as those featuring CESrelock, complement the system with additional practical and convenience features.

Our product range is characterised by variety and flexibility: we offer a wide selection of designs to suit every requirement and installation scenario – from double, half and knob cylinders, through to lever cylinders, round cylinders and padlocks, right through to numerous special variants. Dimensions

Our cylinders are available in a wide range of overall lengths. The overall length of our 5-pin systems starts at 27.5 mm and that of our 6-pin systems at 31.5 mm per mounting side. The overall length can be extended in 5 mm increments on each side.

Materials

Our profile cylinders are made from high-quality brass, offering high strength, corrosion resistance and a long service life. The corresponding keys are made from robust nickel silver and have a key thickness of 3.5 mm. This ensures particularly high dimensional stability and reduces wear and tear during daily use.

With the CES 48-hour service, you can complete projects particularly quickly and reliably. Locking systems with up to 100 cylinders in conventional systems and up to 30 cylinders in reversible key systems are manufactured and dispatched within 48 hours – ideal for new installations, extensions or replacement requirements.

Our cylinders stand for certified security of the highest standard: all profile systems comply as standard with the requirements of EN 1303 and DIN 18252, thereby providing a reliable basis for professional security concepts. Depending on the area of application, additional international certifications such as SKG, as well as VdS certification in Germany, are available for selected cylinder variants – for even greater protection, tested quality and maximum planning reliability in commercial construction.
