CESentry is a cloud-based electronic locking system. It consists of user-friendly applications and modern locking and access devices.
The system is set up and managed via the CESentry AdminApp or the CESentry web client. Access rights are securely managed and stored in the cloud.
The locking devices can be operated either with a smartphone and the CESentry AccessApp or with RFID media.
Organise access authorisations
From anywhere in the worldLocking devices and media are always up to date in the CESentry backend. With the AdminApp, you can manage your employees' access authorisations from anywhere.
- Plug & Play: Locking devices and RFID media are assigned directly to a locking system upon delivery and can be easily installed, or

Licence-based electronic locking system
Optimally licensed according to system size and range of functionsEach locking medium or locking device is assigned an ID. An ID can be a locking medium or a locking device.
CESentry Business licence
For medium-sized and larger organisations with many users:
- Licence with 100 IDs, expandable to a maximum of 2,000 IDs
- Additional functions: time models, access profiles, oPice function, locking and unlocking times, person groups, locking device groups
- Online connection via gateways possible – locking devices connected to the gateway occupy 10 IDs
- Term of 3 years with subsequent renewal
CESentry Basic licence
For properties with few doors and few users:
- Free Basic licence with 20 IDs
- Paid extension to a maximum of 40 IDs
- No running costs
- Upgrade to Business licence possible
Manage permissions with AdminApp or web client
Platform-independent operating conceptNo matter where you are, you can easily assign authorisations to employees, visitors or service providers using the AdminApp or web client. Thanks to an intuitive, platform-independent operating concept, you can make changes either in the AdminApp while on the move or using the web client on your PC or tablet.

Access via AccessApp
Get access and update the system at the same timeOpening doors
Users can see their access authorisations for various locking devices in the AccessApp.
The smartphone connects to the locking device and, if authorised, the door can be opened.
Up-to-date authorisations at all times
Access rights are updated from the cloud via an internet connection when the AccessApp is opened.
Automatic system updates
When using the AccessApp, all system updates take place in the background without aPecting the user. This saves time and money for the operator of the CESentry locking system, as service calls are minimised. The locking devices are always up to date.
CESentry online – stable, flexible, automatic
High resilience thanks to multiple redundancyThe CESentry gateway ensures that your locking devices are always online and up to date, without any manual intervention. Each device automatically connects to an available gateway.
New locking devices recognise the gateway independently. If one gateway fails, the other gateway within range automatically takes over. This keeps your network stable and reliable at all times.
Gateways can be used as repeaters to extend the range of the network.

Handle sets
High level of convenienceVarious handle sets are available for internal and external doors as well as tubular frame and solid leaf doors. There are corresponding certifications for use in functional doors.

Steering functionWall terminals are used at doors where electric strikes or automatic functions are required but no wired infrastructure is available.
Install & Configure
Create your own CESentry systemThe system-independent CESentry locking devices and RFID media can be stored and assigned to a locking system as required. Existing employee ID cards or transponders can be read into the CESentry locking system and used directly in the system – enabling you to respond quickly to your customers' individual requirements.
